All WebCheck packages should be renamed to 'ArtNet.ear' after downloading
and before deploying them (i.e. ArtNet.ear.21.2 -> ArtNet.ear) 

JBoss AS7: the package version number or date must be higher than 21.2.
such a package works with JBoss AS7 and JBoss 4.0.3RC1
